when i generate a new cont-tmf zip, i also make a cont-mpd.zip file which contains those files, 

supp-*.tex files don't update that frequently but i somethimes stumble into old ones that date from the time that they were located in the pdftex related downloads, so best remove old copies from tex source trees, the tug web site (not sure if they are still in the pdftex section) etc
