What is the point of this package, anyway?
I don't know where those files came from. From the README, it has to do
with the hsb color model. Sebastian? Anyone? Am tempted to blow it
away, since it's nothing in the live tree and it's not on CTAN. Can't
tell who wrote it, can't tell license.
