[tex-live] pst-pdf in next TeXlive?

Hi Herbert and all,

    should be replaced by pst-pdf, the other package is obsolete.

Well, ok, I did that in TL.  But:

- is pst-pdf related to pstricks, other than you maintaining both?
  If not, the name pst-pdf seems rather misleading.  (Plus the TUGboat
  article you wrote talked about ps4pdf. :)
  
- can you tell CTAN to move macros/latex/contrib/ps4pdf/ to obsolete/ and
  leave behind a symlink to pst-pdf?  There's no reason someone would
  know to look in pstricks otherwise.

- Subversion noticed that scripts/ps4pdf.bat has CRLF line endings on
  only the last few lines.  Shouldn't either all the lines end with CRLF,
  or none?  At least it would make version control happier, even if it
  makes no difference to Windows.
