also linked along

the advantage of texexec is that it will use a full blown and therefore 
provide a few more options, like working around some mp bugs/limitations 
and checking if sub-tex runs are needed; mptopdf on the other hand uses 
a small plain based format (fast conversion, but no handling of special 
features like shading, transparencies, graphic bitmap inclusion in mp)
