[tex-live] ltxdoc.cfg in the search path

Hi Rolf,

    On my TeXLive installation I get
      /opt/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/subfig/ltxdoc.cfg

Could you please write to the subfig author and politely suggest that
subfig.dtx not generate ltxdoc.cfg?

Meanwhile, I'll avoid installing it next time around, if he doesn't
change it.
