[tex-live] alpha-linux build incomplete

Strange. Very strange. My local odvips in bin/alpha-linux actually *was*
a symlink to dvips, that's why nothing has changed since quite some
time.

I had to call 
	p4 sync -f odvips
to see that the depot actually has a different thing up there.

Strange thing that this happened, but my script should not be blamed.
