Please tell me a specific one to look at.  I see plenty of htf files
there from 2005.  Also some that are older.  I take whatever Eitan gives
me, it's that simple.

    though vntex provides newer ones (now maintained by Eitan).

Are the new vntex htf's in
http://www.cse.ohio-state.edu/~gurari/TeX4ht/fix/tex4ht.tar.gz?  That is
what I import.
    
    Maybe the ISO-image is not up-to-date.

I specifically updated tex4ht just before remaking the test image to get
Eitan's latest stuff.
