[tex-live] problems with t5-lmr

I updated TL now and removed ~/texmf and ~/.texlive2005, but when I
run the vntex test files I get:

lm-t5.enc is missing in current TeXLive.

Can someone check (with p4) whether other files had been removed
recently as well?

But what does 
"mktexnam: Could not map typeface abbreviation 5- for t5-lmr5." mean? 

Is there something else wrong?
