I found Rolf's webpage and a newer email. So hopefully this will get 
fixed.

Did you fix norsk.mbs as well?

I just noticed that on CTAN there are two norsk.mbs (same error)

biblio/bibtex/contrib/oxford/lang/norsk.mbs
macros/latex/contrib/custom-bib/norsk.mbs
