[tex-live] pdfetex.1: wrong link

Hi,

the TeX Live pdftex.1 and pdfetex.1 man pages both tell:

"The most recent version of pdf(e)TeX is available for anonymous ftp at
the http://www.pdftex.de/tex/pdftex/ pdfTeX development side."

...which is Martin's homepage (TeX merchandising), and there is no such
directory accessible. And side --> site. Better write:

The most recent version of pdf(e)TeX is available for download at the
pdfTeX development site: http://www.pdftex.org

Who can change this?
