[tex-live] xdvi fails to find libXaw.so.6 (Debian Sarge)

    Debian Sarge is not known to integrate latest libs, I fear RedHat and 
    other Linux distributions might no longer have libXaw.so.6 either. Yet 

I can say that Red Hat WS 4 and ES 4 have libXaw.so.6.

Anyway, I'm glad Staszek statically linked the binary now.  We should
eventually set the Build script up to do that by default, where
possible.
