[tex-live] pscyr fails the license test

I don't know (I don't use pscyr myself --- I am a happy user of 
Literaturnaya fonts which are present in TeX Live and I hope are not going 
anywhere...)

I cc'd the author of pscyr, so he can comment and/or decide when or 
whether his pscyr package should be on CTAN etc etc.
