Yes, the license text is contradictory, and no one seems to know who to
contact about it (more specifically than "Adobe").  At least I don't.

We haven't included the Utopia Type 1's in TL for several years (and we
have included Fourier).  I don't especially want to change the status
quo now.  Maybe next year.
