i looked at random email in ntg-pdftex mentioning recently added
primitives, and i see that e.g. \pdfforcepagebox is present in pdftex
1.30.3, but is not even mentioned in pdftex-s.pdf.

so i guess that pdftex-s.pdf is not "covering up to 1.30.x"

please do make sure that all primitives are described in the manual...
