[tex-live] CJK.doc

Hi,
there is a problem in texdoctk.dat in the TeXLive repository:

cjk;Typesetting Chinese/Japanese/Korean (CJK);latex/CJK/CJK.doc;

but there is only Master/texmf-dist/doc/latex/CJK/doc/CJK.txt.

So this line should better be 

cjk;Typesetting Chinese/Japanese/Korean (CJK);latex/CJK/doc/CJK.txt;

BTW., the search function should be case-insensitive so that people
can search for "amslatex" as well.  At the moment they have to search
for "AMSlatex".

And of course, as a maintainer of plnfss and vntex, I'm quite
interested in having the documentation in texdoctk.dat.
