[tex-live] pdftex documentation

Hi,
is there newer documentation for pdftex available than that in the
TeXLive repository?

The manual in the TL repository seems to be out-of-date and I'm sure
that Pawel already has something better.

For this documentation (or documentation in general), a smaller value
of \pdfminorversion would make more sense.  Not everyone has the
latest version of Acroread and some people avoid AR7 because it is so
slow.
