I suppose I am being purist here. If there is software which
reads TPM files, and it is not using a genuine XML parser,
I hope it burns in hell forever. If it is a proper XML application,
it seems inconceivable it will object to extra attributes.

But you are right, I suppose. Better if Norbert maintains his private
tree for a few weeks more before committing the change
