[tex-live] Still "space in pathname" problem in windows pdeftex?

Dear TeXLivers,

     I downloaded and burned texlive2005-inst-20051102.iso, and tried a 
installation, on my  winXP-SP2 machine.

     I chose to install it on c:\Program File\TL_2005\

     TLPMGUI worked OK.

     But... with pdfetex, I think I ran into the "space in pathname" 
problem :

when I type, on a command line, the exact following line (in one line)
pdflatex "c:\Program File\TL_2005\texmf-dist\tex\latex\base\sample2e.tex"

I get the following answer :

Any solution in view, other than banning spaces in pathnames ?
