[tex-live] Bug in bibtex8

    This small patch add a sorting weight of 0 to the space character and
    also makes it possible to give the space character your own sorting
    order in the .csf file (if you write it as ^^20).

Thanks Arne!  I installed the patch.  I admit I did not try to deeply
research the problem, but I believe you :).  Thanks for sending the test
doc, too.
