[tex-live] Debian TeX live packages -- new version

Dear friends!

A new set of binaries have been uploaded. So now some have
timestamps-version 2005-07-20 and some -19.

These debs should now automatically generate the formats, in fact all
should now already be automatic. Just apt-get install ...
