I didn't want to take over anything, it was more a case of: Do I have to
include several other exceptions now to get some testing, or can I
think about them when I have mad all the other ends met. And since there
are no inter-dependencies (like there are with kde via psutils) I
decided not do do all this now.

AND: I have written all this so that I get this kind of feedback. So now
I will remove the lcdf-stuff from the texlive-psutils package, hoping
there is still something left.

And I will put in a 
Suggest: lcdf-typetools

ok?
