Thank you very much for preparing this.  Barring mistakes with p4, I
think I've just updated all those files (including creating a new
vnextra package).

    If you have any problems, let me know.

The only problem I see is are the vnextra files for tex4ht.  Can you
send those to Eitan so that he can include them in his distribution?
Otherwise when we update tex4ht it will be a pain to preserve them,
since otherwise it is a "simple" copy of his ht-fonts directories to
ours.
