[tex-live] Problem compiling older TL with newer gcc

hashmap.hh is unchanged between source and source.development, so I
guess the difference must lie elsewhere.  I suggest asking Eddie, he can
probably answer easier than anyone else.  Or keep compiling the old
version with gcc2 ...
