[tex-live] Problem with T1 encoding and Type1 fonts

OK. This works. But I don't like it!!! The new TeXLive is no more
compatible with the previous version in respect to using Type1 fonts for
the EC family. If the CM-Super fonts are to big, I suggest to remove them
completely and make the lmodern fonts the default for T1 encoding (EC).
