[tex-live] ttf2pfb obsolete

    The program ttf2pfb is obsolete; I no longer maintain it.  You can do
    the same (and more) with ttf2pt1.  Any objections that I remove it?

Not from me.  I always like to see stuff be deleted :).

    I wonder how to remove the binaries from the other platforms.  

After you do the deletions for linux I'll do it for the others.  It
would also (presumably) happen when new binary sets are checked in.
