[tex-live] fourier

Hi Karl,

In the process or removing duplicate copies of files i ran into:

e:\texlive\master\texmf-dist\doc\latex\fourier-gut\fonts\type1\public\fourier
e:\texlive\master\texmf-dist\fonts\type1\public\fourier

it looks like there is some duplication
