    Barring calamity this _is_ eTeX 2.2.

That's exciting!  Martin, I saw you updated some stuff in the repository
yesterday.  Are you all set?

        (INSTALL_SCRIPT should default to INSTALL instead of
        INSTALL_PROGRAM

I cannot get too excited about systematically changing this for TL,
although of course it's fine/good that you regenerated the
web2c/etc. configure scripts.
