[tex-live] Bug in updmap?!

I'll check the behaviour but the first problem is that you can't call it the
same way you call the shell script :

updmap --enable Map=xyz.map

if I recall correctly. The message you get with --help should say that (it
does with the latest version anyway). Also the comment at the beginning of
the file says:

# updmap: utility to maintain map files for outline fonts.
#
# Thomas Esser, (C) 2002. Public domain.
# Fabrice Popineau, for the Perl version.

Yes, I did translate almost literally the shell script into perl.
