texmf-dist/doc/latex/base/html/  - obsolete (we have newer .pdf)
texmf-dist/doc/latex/carlisle/   - missing files (to be made from .dtx)
texmf-dist/doc/latex/tools/      - as above

less important from texmf-dist/doc/latex/:
ae/ -> ../doc/fonts
aeguil -> ../doc/fonts
ar -> ../doc/fonts

to be updated from CTAN:
abstract/
alg/
appendix/
ascelike/
