[tex-live] pdftex still missing

I just have sync'ed with source.development and done a clean build
(into /build/XX/i). Here is what I see:

    $ comm -3 <(ls /build/XX/i/bin/i686-pc-linux-gnu) <(ls /t/texlive/Master/bin/i386-linux/)
    etex
            pdfelatex
    pdftex
    xdvi-motif.bin
            xdvi-xaw.bin

-> So, I do have etex and pdftex (symlinks to pdfetex) and I don't
have the depricated pdfelatex. The difference about xdvi os ok. I don't
think that we want to mess around with motif libs...

Next is the texmf tree. The tree in Master should contain the results of a
"make install". But, this is not true:

    $ diff -ru  /build/XX/i/share/texmf /t/texlive/Master/texmf | grep ^diff

    diff -ru /build/XX/i/share/texmf/web2c/texmf.cnf /t/texlive/Master/texmf/web2c/texmf.cnf
    diff -ru /build/XX/i/share/texmf/xdvi/XDvi /t/texlive/Master/texmf/xdvi/XDvi
    diff -ru /build/XX/i/share/texmf/xdvi/xdvi.cfg /t/texlive/Master/texmf/xdvi/xdvi.cfg

My conclusion is that there is nothing wrong with the source tree. Someone
just needs to build (cleanly) and update these things...
