[tex-live] compiling texlive/lcdf-typetools

Hi all!

Using the latest changes by te we are a bit closer to a compile:

Things I found:

* OBJEXT is not defined in the Makefile, therefore
	kpathseainterface.
  is tried to be build

* You have to make libkpathsea first
	cd .../source.development/Work/TeX/texk/kpathsea/ && make

* Finally it seems that not all .o files are in the list of objects:
make[4]: Entering directory `/usr/TeX/texlive-src/Build/source.development/Work/TeX/utils/lcdf-typetools/otftotfm'
gcc -W -Wall  -g -O2  -o otftotfm   ../libefont/libefont.a ../liblcdf/liblcdf.a kpseinterface.o ../../../texk/kpathsea/.libs/libkpathsea.a -lm 
/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i486-linux/3.3.3/../../../crt1.o(.text+0x18): In function `_start':
../sysdeps/i386/elf/start.S:98: undefined reference to `main'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[4]: *** [otftotfm] Fehler 1
