Hey, I did complain but only later

For our HPUX 10.20+11 it needs to be compiled, which I have done by
hand the last few years. TL 7 was a pain in the b** because of the broken
source.

As long as I can compile it here I don't mind simply leaving it out of TL,
we're outfacing the HP system (using Linux instead) so hopefully in the
future I will not need it.

I managed to compile TL 2003 with a few problems (for some reason it will
only compile om HPUX 10.20, but I think this has to do with our setup) and
it's very very slow (I did one test where my test document compiled within
0.5 sec on a Linux server and 20-30 secs on our HPUX 10.20), but I don;t
mind I only use Linux and when people complain about the speed on HPUX I
just ask them to use a Linux server, and I never hear them complain again
;-)
