there is no extra work you need to do to your binaries. the extra stages are
a) the install scripts in Master need telling about the new binary set
b) updating all the metadata files which reference binaries. this
should happen automatically
if anyone would like to work on a), I'd be very happy not to have to do
it myself :-}
