There is, of course, a lot to say for using sarovar.org, since it is run 
by friends.

Maybe Karl and Martin between them can draw up a list of features we 
really do need,
and check whether Sarovar could supply?

It would be interesting to put our source tree into CVS in India and 
Germany,
and see whether the response from England, France and the USA is acceptable.

I am assuming, by the way, that this switch to CVS would _not_ include 
history, for the
source tree at least. The Perforce stuff would remain readable into the 
foreseeable future,
if needed.
