[tex-live] tex live 2004 in summer?

I'd like to propose the following rough schedule for TeX Live in 2004.

>From the point of view of our members, it would be *so* wonderful if we
could get the final discs out in summer.  So I picked 6/30 for a final
date, as something to shoot for.

6/30 - send final images to production
5/30 - start producing cover art (klaus)
5/30 - start ctan/dvd building (manfred) (not freezing the final
       versions, of course, just revving up the infrastructure)
4/15 - finish english doc (karl),
       thus start doc translations in earnest (doc workers)
3/15 - major development done (significant new features, etc.),
       thus start qa in earnest (besides Staszek, push people who reported bugs
                                 this year to test in *advance* next year)
       Then the next couple months can be devoted to stability and bug fixes.
