[tex-live] status of web*7.5.2* archives?

Now that TeXLive 9/2003 (2 CDs + 1 DVD) have been distributed in large
numbers, and the version there reports

	TeX (Web2C 7.5.2) 3.141592

isn't it time to make the web*7.5.2* archive distributions public at

	ftp://ftp.tug.org/pub/tex/

?

I have several architectures for which binaries are not yet available,
and I expect to be doing builds for them.
