[tex-live] Problem with TL source tree (eomegadir/eover-rc1.ch)

I noticed when syncing with perforce that pdftex was updated so I  
decided to build a new release.

This is what I get with the source (not source.development) tree of Jan  
3:

To be sure, I ran a make distclean in the Build/source directory and  
tried again but this does not make a difference.
