[tex-live] Non-free fonts in CTAN and TeX Live

CTAN has different rules than TeX Live et al, as far as I know.
According to CTAN rules, these fonts (which forbid modification but
allow unaltered redistribution) are not non-free.

They are included on the "TeX Collection DVD", as Hans said, but they
are not part of TeX Live, which is "free" by the FSF/Debian definitions.
