[tex-live] pdftex problem with current p4 depot texconfig

Hi friends!

texconfig searches for pdftex.cfg via
	kpsewhich -progname=pdftex --format=tex pdftex.cfg
but this cannot be found like this (probably due to reconfiguration and
new variables PDFTEXCONFIG in texmf.cfg
