[tex-live] Missing texc.lpro

    It would be nice to get a .lpro file if possible, 

I will attach a version I found in Sebastian's working directory.  I am
reluctant to check it in before you look at it, since I have no clue if
it matches the current texc.pro.  Let me know ...

I found several other versions, too, it looked like this is the most
recent.  As usual, there is no useful unique identification :(.
