[tex-live] browsable tree link on tex live page

Hi,

Karl asked to look at the tex live page ...

I browsed the tree (there is apointer on the page) and noticed that the 
binaries have old dates (maybe this is rightm but i thought that they were 
regenerated); take for instance:

   http://tug.org/ftp/texlive/Contents/live/bin/win32-static/

dated august 27 (or it must be that ie-ftp view messes things up)
