I made the top-level liesmich changes, and updated the doc one more time
with a picture dimension per volker.

    Sebastian, would you please remake images and
    announce the official finis (you are the chief!).

He is the chief :), but I'm not sure if he'll be online soon.

So I've started the image rebuild, fingers crossed.  It usually takes
about an hour to do all three.
