I have it for Solaris now (Irix is compiling, it takes *hours*). 
Funny, omega and eomega have different versions:

  ./eomega --version
  e-Omega (Web2C 7.5.2) 3.141592--1.15--2.1--RC1
  [...]
  
  ./omega --version
  Omega (Web2C 7.5.2) 3.141592-1.23.2.2
  [...]

Note: an attempt to build the entire 'world' directly from the current
source may fail.

There are also pesky line endings in source/TeX/utils/mminstance/
(Makefile.am, maybe more).
