[tex-live] /usr/share/info directory destroyed

    I suspect that this line caused (part of) the desaster.  Do you
    think it is sensible and possible to avoid the first part of that
    line?  I find it pretty dangerous.

Wow.  I agree.  It would be better to remove only those info files we're
actually going to installer.  Or not remove anything and just complain,
leaving it up to the installer to choose which ones to use.
