[tex-live] metapost

Hi,

Just got some error report from a user who ran into a problem with MPinputs 
so i looked into it. Then, lookin gat

   texmf/metapost

i see /base there, shouldn't that be

   texmf/metapost/plain

since /base is meant as subtree for packages.

I think that this change will not affect current systems, but it may 
influence future ones, like

   MPINPUTS.metafun = .;$TEXMF/metapost/{context,plain,}//
