[tex-live] help with unzip and sh and wildcards

Thanks Harald and Karl. I wish I could say "oh, of course, now
it works", but I am afraid I still cannot find
any combination which works. so I have reverted to a strategy
of explicitly extracting what I want, instead of excluding. 

Thanks for the scripting hints, Karl. I suspect you
could do an awful lot of tidy-up in install-cd.sh
if you had another 30 minutes to spare....
