[tex-live] current source.development compile problems

Do you think we can include either the fix to the gcc33 problem or the
mminstance-1.21 which fixes this problem into TeXlive? From a quick look
through the files I seems that the structure of mminstance has changed
a bit with the versions (1.19: Adapt to newer Automake and LCDF and
Efont libraries.)

Can you sent me the patches from the old mminstance to the TeXlive
version?

I would like to have a compile-able TeXlive again for gcc-33 (which is
what I am using here, debian sid).
