[tex-live] Compiling source.development

I confirm: I have a script that removes those infamous ^M for a list of
extensions among which .hc, but I overlooked .ch<something>. Fixed.

> - massive errors while trying to compile in ttf2pk/ttflib.c: gcc -c -g

I may have fixed this and broken lots of other things while uploading a
bunch of updates to both source/ and source.development/ . Another
round?
