[tex-live] CD /DVD images

there are 3 beta-texlive*.iso files on ftp://www.tug.org/texlive/Images
to try.

 .*live.*: uncompressed file system ready to run from DVD
 .*inst.*: compressed zip files for CD
 .*demo.*: ready to run cut-down CD

I spent a long time working on the setup and install scripts,
hopefully some problems are solved.

if all goes well, I'll recreate these images every night from
now on
