I did a recompile from source a few days ago and compared to the
binaries I produced some time ago, the one which are current in Master.
I found that only a few files are different (using cmp), namely:
altpdfamstex
altpdfcontext
altpdfetex
altpdflatex
altpdftex
dt2dv
epstopdf
mft
mmafm
mmpfb
pdftosrc
tex4ht
Some of them are scripts, so no problem with them.

But the situation may be different for other archs.

Other questions: Are there any fixes in source.development which
will/should go to source before `final' texlive2003 ?
